1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of edipri.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. About EdiPri
EdiPri is a small, independent studio based in the Czech Republic that designs and 3D prints collectible items inspired by Pokémon designs. EdiPri is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.
4. Products & Pricing
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. Prices are shown in Czech koruna (CZK) and, for visitors in other regions, converted to an estimated equivalent in the local currency. Taxes applicable to Czech/EU customers are included in the displayed price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
6. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timeframes and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site — including text, photos, graphics, and the EdiPri name and logo — is owned by EdiPri and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Product designs inspired by third-party franchises remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it using unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EdiPri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
