Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you're a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@edipri.com within that period.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
- Please contact us first at info@edipri.com with your order number before sending anything back.
- You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every piece is 3D printed and hand-assembled, and we inspect each one before it ships — but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards (if applicable) and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different design, please request a return and place a new order.
